Astrology #76301 JoS approved material for learning predictive astrology?

I read the avaliable material on JoS regarding astrology, and I'd like to ask if anyone knows any kind of other material that they found useful in learning astrology. I'd be most interested in predictive astrology, but of course books about natal astrology are just as welcomed. I can remember reading an astrology book a long time ago, one that was recommended by JoS members (It was explicitly told that the book still needs to be seen with a Satanic's point of view thus filtered, but other than that it was a good one). If I remember correctly it was a book teaching the very base of astrology, and was about natal charts. I unfortunately forgot the book's name or more details about it, I'd be very glad if someone could recognise this book. The author might've been a woman, but I'm not sure since so many time has passed. I'd also be interested in similar books, with the exception of concentrating more on predictive astrology. I'm very bad when it comes to predictive astrology for some reason, despite my best efforts to try and learn it. It feels like I'm just throwing darts at a board blindfolded, some lands and some just don't. I did tried to analize my own Sun-Moon return charts, and my predictions were oftentimes completely off. I'm certain that it was a mistake on my part, but I just can't put my finger around what I did wrong. That's why I'd like to ask about materials that you have found to be helpful in your studies.

Additional question in here: Are the publicly avaliable birt charts of famous people accurate? I thought it'd be nice to learn this way, after all I'd have a lifetime's worths of different charts, and I could easily compare the events that had happened to the said person with the predictive charts. Are these charts accurate, and can be trusted if I want to learn this way?

Few people know about serious predictive Astrology outside of JoS.

It is very useful to study and observe planetary transits and progressions, solar and lunar returns of oneself and others.
