As the title says, anyone can influence me easily ,but not in the kind of way :"I'll act like this so everyone likes me",
but rather like, as an example that happened to me: I have tattoos, I never felt bad about them and I always liked them and I always had the notion that they are forever unless you remove them with laser
but this episode happened where they found my most recent tattoo ugly (which by the way I really liked and didn't see any problem with it) Now I'm thinking I regret doing it. That's the kind of impressionable person I am. They only said it twice, I already feel bad every time I remember the tattoo. I would like to know how to end this stop letting people influence me so much, because I also end up being very naive in my day to day life.

English is not my native language. If I’ve made any spelling mistakes, I apologize in advance.

You can try a specific meditation practice to boost your self-confidence; there are exercises related to this on the site. However, I do not recommend relying solely on this. The purpose of meditation and other spiritual practices is to achieve inner balance and gain spiritual strength. However, this alone may not be enough to overcome the obstacles you face; taking concrete steps is also important. Recognizing your strengths and sincerely accepting them will support your self-confidence. Embrace the qualities you admire in yourself without paying attention to negative comments from others. Being able to say, “I love and accept myself this way, thank you,” to others will help you set boundaries both for yourself and for those around you. Don’t dismiss things by saying, “I can’t do this”—just try. If certain people around you make you feel particularly bad (because they might be rude or overly critical), distance yourself from them. This will be healthier for your mental state. And I’m sure your tattoos look amazing and suit you perfectly.
