Hello!

I have purely Turkish roots (with no Arab admixture). My skin is 98% light and 2% slightly darker, but it’s barely noticeable.
Am I considered white?

In my understanding, your ethnicity and heritage are what is considered when using the label "white". Rather than just skin color. I assume you mean Caucasian. However, I'm no expert. But I believe Turkey is located in the Caucuses. I'm certain another member could answer this question more definitively than I. Didn't wanna leave you hanging though.
From Google: "The Caucasus ecoregion covers a total area of 580,000 km2, includes six countries - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Russian and Turkey - and follows the ecoregion definition prepared by WWF in their Action plan for Caucasus."

Good Luck 👍
