#76 Where i should start from ?

Hello.Im a dead end for years. ( I can say since 2019 ) I'm dedicated since 07.04.2024 and before this i faced the worse things a teen would possibly face. ( I'm 15 ) I'm sorry im not gonna talk about my story here too im so sorry i really just want to talk but never mind. Basicly my question is; Where should i start ? Im not free bc of my family my dad basicly tortures me. Im not free at all i can't do meditations, yoga, spells or anything like this. I don't know what to do, where to start.

If you are in such a hostile environment, meditation should be the last thing on your mind. If you are starving, you should look for food, not sit down to read a book or exercise to get stronger. I imagine others might reply, "do this binding spell" or whatever else, but all that requires power and experience that you do not have. I would advise you to concentrate on improving your life circumstances in any way you can. Under 18, no matter what you do, you aren't free.
