Which are the best ones for job stability and making money? It's a bit uncertain at the moment, given that there is a lot of job market challenges that target all industries and make it a pain to get hired.
STEMs is usually a good idea. I would recommend you to avoid Computer Science. There is a lot of market oversaturation and with AI becoming increasingly prevalent, it's not looking too good. It's going to be very challenging to get in and find stability.
If you're not queamish and you like helping people, being a medic or a nurse can be relatively beneficial. They're a domain that the world continously needs.
But it also takes a lot of dedication, so you should be sure about this path.
A lot of people end up going to university and then working in an entirely different domain. Unfortunately, degrees are no longer something that makes you stand out in your CV.
I would also recommend you to perhaps see whether there are any trades you might enjoy. Trades are still a very necessary business and with a lot of shortages.
But this also depends on where you're living. In America, regardless of what you choose, you have the chance to get screwed.
