Hi!
I Looked for a magick work to lose fat through the forum, but I could’t find anything specific.
I am not in anyway obese or overweight, I just need to lose a bit of fat around the waist and belly.
I know that I can program my aura with colors to do just that, but I would prefer something rune-related, as I think it would be much more powerful.

Diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight. Getting a into daily routine and creating good healthy habits are the best/fastest way to lose weight. You can try removing 1 unhealthy food from you diet and replacing it with a healthier one each week. Adding 1 new exercise or increasing reps each week. For losing weight cardio/endurance is better. Light weight high volume training. Strength training causes weight gain.

If you like coffee, choose a coffee shop that is 30-40mins away and walk there everyday to get a coffee instead of driving. Avoid trying to do everything all at once because you are more likely to fail. Any magic or meditations should be focused on empowering yourself to stick with a routine for getting healthy. The reason there isn't magic for losing weight on the forum is you don't need magic to lose weight.

You can use the Uruz rune for weight loss. There is good date for such a working around the 26th of this month, waning moon in Capricorn, I believe.

I have done this kind of working in the past and the affirmation I used was something like "I am permanently losing excess body fat and weight in beneficial and happy ways for me."

Hmm my personal view on this is that not everything is always about Runes just because the vibrations are more powerful... sometimes certain situations require very precise interventions and you simply need to find the most effective spiritual method. I wouldn't refuse to try aura work just because it lacks vibrations. Especially if your purpose is so precise, but you are not even obese, but you just need to fix yourself a bit...
