Please help me get up and could this be due to miss chakra meditation?For a long time I've only been doing RTR and some spell or square.
You know, it is really very noble that you have dedicated yourself to RTRs in these years and to helping others with the various Group Rituals. We all thank you for this and precisely because we recognize your great support, that in my opinion you should understand that taking care of yourself is also important.
You helping the world with an RTR is valid, and in the same level of importance there is you helping yourself with meditation. That you are well is an absolute necessity in this universe, moreover it will also put you in the condition to be even more useful for others. Loving yourself is a phase of a circle that improves everything that exists, because you are part of a system-universe and you are not alone with yourself.
I don't want it but idk how stopping this all depression mood and angry for all what is around. I just wake up demotivated and angry.
In my opinion, the answer is "being realistic": The truth is simply that you should consider the first reason not to be angry or sad. And that reason is you. You are here and you have the possibility to act for your own good.
That's what you really want otherwise you wouldn't post such a question. Your emotional state is understandable, but on an even higher level there is the awareness that if you are in a situation, it is only because you have all the possibilities to improve the situation in question to make your life more and more suitable to your needs.
It is comparable to when you are born, that you come into the world without awareness, but slowly you acquire it and you start having more and more situations and events because no situation exists to remain unchanged, but to evolve, grow and you are able to manage this change in a way that is positive for you
I argue also with my partner and all between us start be broken.
It can be normal for a romantic situation to have problems and this can be due to many factors and it is a complex topic that would be difficult to summarize within a larger topic. However, in general, regardless of everything, even in this case becoming the best version of yourself is a help.
Because as we move forward we realize how certain things really are in our lives, knowing ourselves better. We also understand why certain dynamics of a relationship exist, how to deal with them and if the relationship itself is right for us and if so how to get the best benefits for both of us, etc.

Why from one year all around me is sad and going wrong?
Don't worry and it's absolutely normal. Negative periods in people's lives are recurring and often depend only on Karma and planetary transits, etc. But they are not "eternal" things, so it is very good to learn to manage these situations, deal with them and understand how to use the motivation of wanting to get out of certain moods to always be better people.
It is impossible that in a year you will suffer from the same thing you suffered yesterday, but it is very realistic that if yesterday you were encouraged to do more for yourself, this acquired maturity and this empowerment can stay with you even in a year and the situation with yourself will always get better as long as you see your importance here and you are free to give value to what you are.

You are your own motivation. Do you want a motivation to do good things for yourself? Look in the mirror and you will see this motivation with your own eyes.
