If you start meditating more and getting good at getting into deep trances hearing and seeing hallucinations is not uncommon. The brain is kinda operating in-between awake and sleeping so the connection the right side of the brain becomes more active. Over time with meditation your imagination should get better as the left and right sides of brain work in harmony. You should be able to simulate your friend juggling apples while telling you a story in their voice. Your dreams will probably become more vivid as well. Meditation activates dormant parts of the brain. This is why so many people on forums try to warn about false communications with the Gods. As you imagination improves it becomes easier experience imaginary things that aren't real. Through meditate you should get better at sensing what is your own mind vs something external.
It could be radio signals and such. Do Aura of Protection, and if the problem persists, program your aura that radio signals can't affect you unless you intentionally want them to.
