Example affirmation os "This energy frees my soul from malefic past sexual bonds, and malefic sexual karma in the most beneficial way for me." But even "This energy frees my soul from malefic sexual karma in the most beneficial way for me." is enough, and includes everything, Although you can extend this, it's just an example. Intent matters most.

If you use "completely", you don't need "absolutely", also because you said "in the most positive way for me".

I PERSONALLY think "positive" is also something "healthy" because "unhealthy" is NEVER positive.

Also, if you say "forever", "forever" is also now and the future with your next love.
Maybe "definitely" is more precise, because is "definitely about the previous loves" and not "forever in every love".

It's pretty basic if you can hit the N correctly, it's not a flat N if that makes sense, it's like you are transitioning to "NYA" but hold that sound long enough for the full vibration, to get the full word in one breath equal for all letters.

I disagree with the idea that if you did something wrong once, you have wasted time... it's like to say that you must be PERFECT in the first try, everytime in everything, but that's unrealistic. How should you advance if you don't allow yourself to learn from your mistake?
