How to get a longer social battery?

I have a lot of energy and vitality but a short fuse.

I don't like interacting with other's unless it's in an intellectual context or we're doing an activity, otherwise I last 3 hours max. Unless I conserve my energy.

What workings can increase this specifically?

Note: I do not Hve any problem whatsoever with physical energy/vitality in a regular context, it's purely a social one.
 
Performing a magickal working to enhance your stamina in social settings would be best during a Waxing Moon in Leo, Sagittarius, or Aquarius. While doing this working, you can support it by treating social stamina like a muscle. Gradually increase exposure to less structured social environments, starting with shorter durations or smaller groups. Your endurance may improve over time, especially since you are using magick to further enhance this.

Since your preferences lean toward intellectual or activity-based interactions, you can perhaps perform a spell (a Waxing Moon in Gemini is excellent) to attract intellectual friends who are complementary to you. Here you can also seek out and sign up for intellectual-based activities, where it is easier to meet and engage with such individuals.
 
I second what SeguaceDiSatanas said; I don't think it's an issue of endurance. Doing things against your will or that you have no interest in is a form of depression, as the flow of energy is impeded.

Something a lot of people don't understand is that you don't "get" energy to do something; you generate it. Kind of like you can wake up full of energy and walk into math class and be instantly depressed. Or you can be completely "exhausted," and something beautiful happens to you, and you feel your whole body vibrating with energy for the rest of the day.

You simply lack sufficient interest in these activities; that's why you feel the way you do. If you could talk about something you're really passionate about, I bet you could do it all day, not just for 3 hours. You wouldn't feel tired at the end either, certainly not the same way you do now.
 
For increading vitality you can wok on the lower chakras, specifically on the 3rd one.
You can yoga targeted for that chakra, chakra spinning and cleaning.


For the rest getting a good sleep every night will help you.
