In an extraordinary situation; (world war 3, etc. where ss can be subjected to great torture)
because there is war everywhere and world war 3 is imminent.
In case the reptilians (there are a lot of them) fight with the gods for a short time or make humans slaves, since I think the gods can't take care of all of us, and even if they could, would we go to another planet to protect ourselves or would they give us kinesis-like powers?
