There are so many things I want and need to do but I don't have the strength to move, I feel heavy, I fall asleep. When I wake up I feel guilty and again I can't do anything. When I am at home all the time this problem is less, again I can't do as much as I should but it's not bad. Going out destroys me, I actually enjoy it incredibly, but when I come back home I can't do anything but feel tired and sleep. What can I do about it?

Have you tried to think if that may be a health problem? Also, do you have regular rhythms? Do you nourish yourself adequately? When our lives are messed up with bad habits, our rhythms get sick. Have you tried to slowly resume healthy behaviors?

It can be really very rewarding and give you enormous personal satisfaction if you were able to slowly do positive things for your life. It would not be feeling guilty, but rather it could give you a boost of self-esteem. I suggest you also keep a diary where you write down your attitudinal improvements. Start with simple things, easy to do and that do not require a lot of time.

As the days and months go by, you will see that the effort of doing good things will become a healthy habit. At the beginning I never liked meditating, today when I finish all the meditations of the day I become sad because I wish there were more. But I started by hating sitting down to meditate in the beginning. It has simply become a healthy habit within time.

This sounds like an energy problem, as Anemos Aiteros suggested, or also a malnutrition problem like Seguace di Satanas suggested. Probably both.
In my experience, Magnesium supplement is highly needed to help reduce physical fatigue. In a demanding moment, I supplemented daily for a couple of months and I noticed I felt much better.
As far as I know (also by direct experience), Magnesium is highly needed because it is an alkaline mineral, the body uses to contrast acidity. Body acidity results from high stress (and stress hormones high levels in blood), excess of acid-causing foods (white sugar, yeast, alcohol) and lack of alkalizing vegetables, fruit and so on, smoke, pollution and long-term stressful lifestyle. I do not know the medical causes but I observed all of this on myself, and corrected. High levels of Magnesium were needed for a while.
So if your body tends to be acid, lack of Magnesium may occur, so fatigue comes in. Vitamins too (B vitamins mainly) may be needed for physical energy production.

Regarding the fact you feel down when going out, if you are weakened at the moment, external pressure from mass mind in densely populated areas may be a challenge, it increased after Covid - it depends where you live. Aura of protection and strong 2nd and 3rd chakra are very important.
