I wouldn't focus on the planetary part of the issue. There are many people who have the same aspects in their birth charts, but they don't have this state of mind. I would focus more on meditation. It does REALLY help!
I once healed a person from intrusive thoughts with the ISA Rune (and positive and appropriate affirmations), I testify that it can be done. Void Meditation also is useful and is within everyone's reach.
Be dedicated to cleansing your soul, this includes cleansing, freeing the soul, happiness (sananda), protection, etc. I think even those who do not have OCD should take these things seriously in general.
Everyone seems to have AHDH these days, any behavior from the birth chart that is not pleasant is easily confused with a mental illness. Work on the attitudinal aspects. Many years ago I was a spontaneously violent person when I got angry, and I also got angry easily. Not anymore. This does not mean that I am repressed, but that I have understood when it is worth getting angry and when not, and when it is, but how to channel the anger in the right way.
If you have problems with concentration, you can gradually acquire it. For example, you will not be able to do it immediately with an hour. Start with 5 minutes, then move on to 7 and 10 over time and so on.
