Therapy helps. OCD can be a nervous tic or a symptom of something else. Personality disorders can stem from trauma sustained from dysfunction in one's upbringing. Study your natal chart to see which planets/energies you need to work on or balance out.
Psychology is easy to read about, so feel free to do your own research and see what you can find out. Stick to the writings of actual professionals or people with lived experience, because there is alot of nonsense written about psychology nowadays.
