In my opinion, if you feel lazier every day, it means that you are in a process where you are actually becoming lazier and lazier. This means that you have to reverse the process.
To reverse the process you have to start being "active" (that is, the opposite of being "lazy"). Obviously, this is about reversing the process, so you can't go from -100 to +100. Try being active initially for 5 minutes a day when you work on something productive, like meditation. Add another 5 minutes over time.
After a while, you might find yourself with half an hour every day that you can use to improve yourself. And who knows. Maybe a year later you might have an additional two hours (maybe an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon) to train and study, etc.
But you have to reverse the process, without making radical changes. This is what I did during a period when I couldn't do anything useful personally.

When you reverse the process you will be satisfied with yourself and your results. Enjoy this sense of pride in your progress because it will give you a strong motivation to continue to strive harder and harder.
