What are some material thing's one can do to improve these factor's to help with a Venus square's manifestation?

Also, what are some good alternatives to traditional shampoo?

I can help you with a few things I've learned, I've always liked taking care of myself since I was very young so I've learned a lot.
You don't need to spend thousands of dollars on skincare like social media sells, if you can afford it, I recommend going to a dermatologist, but if not, try to find out your skin type and buy based on it, if it's oily, buy specific products for that type, if it's dry...etc. Use the basics: face soap, moisturizer and sunscreen. Only with these 3 steps can you get a good result.

Don't put food on your face. You may ask me, but what about honey? It's a well-known recipe on the internet, it really works but it has to be pure, real honey. Eat your skincare, what I'm saying is, eat the foods that help your skin and hair. Carrot, beet... (I make a juice with carrot, beet and orange, I don't drink it every day because it can raise blood sugar, but try it at least 3-4 times a week).

Buy shampoos for your specific hair type, I don't know where you live so I can't recommend a specific one, but I've tested many throughout my life so I know which one works for me. Set up a hair schedule if you have the time, if not, stick to your simple hair care routine...apply rosemary tea (water and rosemary, boil for a few minutes, let cool and apply to the roots of your hair).
Massage it in and then wash it out as normal ( do this for a few minutes, to take effect). Do this every day when you wash your hair. Moisturizing is also important, but don't moisturize too much, it can damage your hair.

Here HPS Lydia talked about the Venus square for the skin:
When I was new, I did a Venus square for beauty. It had incredible effects for my skin, I've never had acne since. It also led to me learning about stuff for my skin, such as avoiding silicones in skin care, and using healthy oils on my skin.

No, doing a working for your Venus will not necessarily fix your skin issues. When you want a result, you need to go after it directly. You can do a Venus square at another time for your natal Venus. Some people have well-aspected Venuses and yet have bad skin. There are many factors, so going directly after what you want is the way to go.

She also said a lot of things about hair care, I don't know your specific question, but here are some of them:
Breathe in Green energy and affirm that your hair is healthy and growing beautifully.

Look into the health of your hair, because a lot of people have broken hair that falls off at the very ends, which makes hair seem like it isn't growing. Argan oil, applied to the ends, will help; you only need to rub a few drops between your palms then apply to your hair. If you can get it, Calia brand is one of the best for shampoo and conditioner.

When you trim your hair, only do so during waxing moons, ideally when moon is waxing in Taurus, Leo, Virgo, Libra, or Capricorn. The Earth signs in particular will strengthen your hair.
There is healthy shampoo. Look into Calia, and there are more brands if you do some research online.

Cleaning the scalp is very important for the health of it, and the health of your hair in the long term. Build-up of sebum is not good and can lead to more balding and hair loss.

Apple cider vinegar is good for the hair and scalp. Put a tablespoon in a cup of water and rinse it through your hair and massage it into your scalp. Leave it for at least a minute, preferably 5 minutes then rinse it out. This is best done after shampooing.
and anyone else with thick and wavy/curly hair. Try adding a dab of olive oil to your hands and run them through your hair. This will add gloss, define curls, prevent/heal spilt ends, and make long hair less likely to break from brushing. Don't add too much or your hair will look oily of course. This is best done when hair is still damp from the shower, it might not distribute evenly if hair is dry.

For those with fine/thin/straight hair, a dab of coconut oil will help without weighing it down.

I know too much to fit into a reply, so if you're patient, I already had it in mind to write something big :)

But in the meanwhile, for shampoo/conditioner, look into Calia. Their shampoos don't lather much, but lather is a consumer myth anyway. 100% Pure is also a good brand, and they make the best body lotion I have ever used. But as Ba666 wrote above, different products work for different hair types.

Honey and cinnamon is one of the best treatments for the face. Combine it in your hand, then apply. Let sit for at least 5 minutes, then rinse off; as you rinse, massage your skin, the cinnamon will exfoliate.

Rhassoul clay is also good for the skin, you can find the method online. Just mix with water to form a paste, then apply, let sit for about 5 minutes. It can also be used with other products such as rose oil to form a more lasting mask, to leave for longer, as rhassoul and just water dries quickly.

Use a natural soap such as olive oil soap, or made of goat milk, or oat milk.

There are various great moisturizers but avoid avocado oil ingredient as it can cause acne, this is something that not everyone knows. Just pure argan oil is good, but your face might look oily. Shea butter is also great especially as a night cream.

That's all I'll write for now :)

apply rosemary tea (water and rosemary, boil for a few minutes, let cool and apply to the roots of your hair).
I did rosemary conditioner and it darkened my hair so much, does it not darken the hair with your method of washing it after?

Thank you for finding and posting these! :)

Thank you for taking the time to appreciate my work! :D

At first I didn't know whether to respond to the topic since it was addressed to you, but then I thought that quoting what you said could be a good middle ground between responding to something that didn't concern me and having you respond.

Knowing that I did well is feedback that I needed! :D
I wanted to do it because I know that as a High Priestess you are busy and I thought I could help anyway.
Thanks again to you then!

Many claim that rosemary really does darken the hair, others say that it doesn't have enough properties to darken a hair, I think it depends on the person. The influencer who uses this rosemary water has blonde hair, and I've never seen a video of her reporting that her hair has darkened.
But chamomile lightens hair, I remember a few years ago that my younger sister used it because it was in the formula of her hair cream, and over time her hair became lighter and even had some blonde highlights. ( I think genetics helps a lot, if you have genetics for blonde hair it's going to be more pronounced)

Heyyy I am not the OP but I would like to ask also this, what can I do to make my eyelashes grow healthy and beautifully? Using false eyelashes tires my eyes in the long run. Rosemary, argan oil and more, I guess it could be harmful to use them for eyelashes but I want them to grow immediately and extremely... What is your opinion?

Castor oil is vouched for by many women, apply it before going to bed. However, it will only help as far as your genetics will allow. Try to find a good mascara, one that has good ingredients but also makes your lashes look great.

Btw, castor oil is perfectly safe for the eyes if any gets in. In fact, Ayurveda recommends applying castor oil to the eyeballs before going to sleep, it will heal dry eyes and take out any redness, leaving the whites very bright. I've done this before.

I would also recommend Aveda for hair. I worked 4 years as a professional hairstylist in a very well known salon in Germany back then. Aveda uses mostly natural ingredients for all possible hair types. It is a bit expensive, but to be honest given the circumstances of inflation nowadays if you want good skin/hair/body you just have to invest a bit into it. I have seen miracles with Aveda with so many clients I had. From dry to mouisture and beautiful, dead curls to very curly and thick hair. Of course a process where you want to fix your hair/skin also takes a bit of time. I remember many clients of mine asked me why they see little to no result after buying a specific shampoo after 1 week and I always told them that the results may come in 2-4 months.
Some months ago I had a really big hair loss due to my thyroid problems, and I’m talking about hair loss where the hairline got 1inch back and you were able to see much scalp. I got into medication but I really fought for my hair to grow back so I took Selezin, these are pills for good skin, hair and nails. I also took Vitamin D as many of us don’t get enough of it and this also contributes to hair loss/hair problems/ skin problems. I also affirmed 40x every morning and night: ,,My scalp is perfectly healthy, and my hair is growing more and more.” And guess what, my hair is full again. ALL hair that I lost is back on my head again. 😎
And as others said yes, eat your skincare. Your diet is VERY important, also exercise. You have to sweat for good skin. Also there is a woman, Barbara O’neill and she said once that to combat hair loss/help your hair grow more and be shiny, you should mix coconut, rosemary and castor oil and leave it the whole day on your hair. I’ve done that and yes, it makes a difference, but again this takes time.
