Hello,  I wonder if we use voice records? Is it fine to record our voice then listen to it while we are meditating? 

How do you vibrate SaTaNaMa, do you vibrate it in one breath or, one breath each syllable, like this, Sah-inhale-Tah-inhale-Nah-inhale-Mah
