Currently looking at multiple religions and stumbled upon JoS. I've read up all the links on the website and I noticed a great emphasis on the commitment  ritual with Satan, so my question is, how far into Satanism can one even go before having to sign the commitment?

Quick little question. How deep can one go into Satanism before doing the commitment? Just started looking at JoS last night when I stumbled on the website after looking up tons of youtube vidya. I am currently exploring religions but have not explored JoS or Satanism in general until now.

Is there any way I can practice Satanisn without a permanently binding dedication ritual? Not sure I feel ready to make permanent decisions without doing more than just reading about it.
