If i may ask; which meditations helped you out the most?

I dont even know where to begin.. I started following our father Satan when i was around 14 maybe 15 cant remember anymore... im 28 now. The first fews years were amazing. Ended up getting into drugs around 18 completely screwed up my aura. May have even directed alot of negetive energy towards...
