Also how do work time into my schedule to meditate everyday and do the RTR and all that?

Hi I'm new to SS and i dedicated a few nights ago. I've been trying to meditate but my mind has been all over the place. Also I've read a lot of the articles but I just don't know where to start. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPREACIATED.
