Hi! I performed the dedication ritual and made some stupid mistakes.I know that father Satan is very understanding,but it's really bothering me that I didn't do the ritual properly.I just feel like I could've done it better.So can I do it again? Just for my own peace of mind?

I recently started doing the basic satanic meditation (beginner's level) and I just want to ask,how many days a week do I have to do the breathing exercises and for how long before I move onto the next exercise? Because it was specifically stated not to overdo the exercises which could be harmful.
