On a side note, I forgot to expand further into my comment about "their expectations." Alot of men will just dump a woman if she doesn't do what they like, such as sex or payin for them or whatever 

Sounds to me like the 1st few sentences you wrote is your exact reason why there is no spouse for you yet, simply put, they are not on your level. Do not lower your standards, it will most likely hurt you in the end. Stay strong and perhaps there is somebody out there for you in the future...
