Creation and Destruction, As the understanding implies are very necessary for advancement. Take for example one’s life individually speaking.

Do you have the means to create the ideal situations and consequences of action and inaction? Yes and no, as it will always depend on many overlapping factors springing far into ones development from prior life to current life, astrological, and overall evolution.

You must create as you destroy, for to throw away a bad habit means to destroy it’s existence from the developing state you are evolving to. You must acknowledge your life that you have created a new you, by destroying the former habits, actions, negative developments and so forth through developing patterns and actions through magic and physical means to further better yourself. As I asked my GD, Cimeries, he said that perfection is not a plateau, but an ever growing existence of individual and collective consciousness that is ever infinite in its development. So to simplify that is simple improvement is perfection basis.
